Life of being in protocol and service

Ubuliza protocol is located at rwamagana and  founded by liza ,She came up with this idea of founding this campany while She was finishing her last secondary school in 2023, but She didn’t hesitate. We asked her where that ideal comes from in order to create “ Ubuliza protocol“

After graduating at the top of my class, it was seven months ago when she graduated from secondary, She faced an unexpected setback: countless job applications led to endless rejection and sometimes they asked her much money for registration fees in order to get a job.Frustrated but determined, She was so disappointed by those of kind jobs, She decided to take control of her future. We was so excited and thought whether that campany was working?

Liza insured us that it is working but in the beginning it was scared to find clients, she networks at events and use social media. Now She has 21 employees but she started with only 6 people. She also attends local network events, now Liza hosting an anniversary celebration for her agency, where she reflects on her journey.she acknowledges the personal and professional growth she’s experienced..                                                                                                                                                                                            

We also talked with one of employees who works in Ubuliza, he said that this company means a lot to his life, it’s teach them to love each other,work hard and discipline wherever we are and I got profits on time. And because of that job some of them they pay their school fees from Ubuliza.

And we talked with one of clients of Ubuliza she said “it was good to work with them,  I’m not ashamed to talk about Ubuliza protocol,” they have good service and wherever you are they reach you on time, they have discipline and they are clean everywhere even their doing makes perfect inspiration to everyone.
